    I feel quite uneasy and cannot sleep easily. i dont know why this is happening but i am noticing it for the past 2 week. please suggest a few effective ways to get natural and better sleep

    Sleep disorder can cause various problems and illnesses. It is a major issue these days due to load of work and fast life. It creates tension and anxiety and the peaceful sleep is disturbed. Cut out drinks and foods which contain caffeine. Avoid tea, coffee, chocolate and soft drinks as much as possible. Have a light dinner and take your meal much before you retire to bed. Do not consume rich food much as it keeps wakeful due to indigestion and heartburn. Eating light and simple food at night will help you to sleep better. Keep your mind tranquil and peaceful.
